Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Full payment is due before the start of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a charge of up to 50% of the total booking value. No-shows will be charged the full amount.

Limitation of Liability

Vortex Tours shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking, arriving at the designated pickup location on time, and complying with all local laws and regulations during tours and transfers.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the property of Vortex Tours and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
